O DESAFIO
Como engenheiro eletrônico sem credenciais formais em educação, eu precisava tanto da credibilidade que viria do meu livro se tornar um best-seller internacional quanto do apoio de uma organização ou escola disposta a apresentar o Delanese Method aos alunos.
AS REALIZAÇÕES
- 1. O sucesso do livro
Em 9 de março de 2021, o The Delanese Method foi lançado e alcançou o status de best-seller internacional, cumprindo a primeira parte do sonho.
- Um convite transformador
Em 2023, fui convidado pelo professor que, há 50 anos, me ajudou a realizar meu próprio sonho de me tornar engenheiro. Ele me pediu para visitar suas novas escolas no Brasil. Durante essa visita, uma diretora de escola propôs um curso para apoiar seus alunos do ensino médio com o Método Delanese.
- Um sonho realizado
Em 10 de março de 2024 – exatamente três anos após o lançamento do livro – iniciamos a primeira turma com 30 alunos do ensino médio na Escola OBJETIVO NORTE em Sorocaba, minha cidade natal no Brasil. Esses alunos receberão apoio por 3 a 5 anos, com seu progresso e sucesso monitorados de perto. Um segundo grupo já está em andamento.
